You have proven luxury client treatments or event management experience, you are curious, positive, flexible, organized, reliable, have high attention to detail and eager to build exceptional client experiences.

What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Client Development Manager you will to plan, prepare and deliver exceptional client experiences, events and provide CRM support to the Oceania network.
As part of the clients team, your role will be to:

Support the department in executing in-boutique activations, client treatments and bespoke out of boutique experiences in line with the Maison guidelines
- Support with curating clients itinerary and travel when hosted for an International event
- Coordinate festive client gifting initiatives with respective stakeholders and departments
- Support with reporting and client insights for boutique teams
- Liaise with key stakeholders on one to many campaigns for the network for client recruitment and retention
- Create new relationships and maintain existing relationships with the Maison’s key suppliers
