Do you match this profile?

 

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience as a Brand/Executive Assistant/
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Effective communication skills and a good command of both oral and written English.
  • Possess flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within the team and the organization.

What do we expect from you?

 

Your main mission when joining the Maison will be to support the Country Manager and and Executive Committee team to ensure smooth daily operations within the Van Cleef & Arpels Oceania organization. 

 

Your responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:

  • Manage the Country Manager's trips, forecasting related costs and planning ahead.
  • Manage the agenda with autonomy and proactivity
  • Assist with seamless meetings/conferences 
  • Preparation, support and coordination of the Country Manager or Executive committee's strategic presentations.
  • Coordination of team calendar and meeting planning
  • Administation tasks such as reporting, leading CSR initiatives and coordinating general office operations.
