You are curious, enthusiastic, dynamic, and looking for a team adventure. You are comfortable in a retail environment. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to offer an amazing client experience. You master English, and other Asian language(s) would be a plus.  

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

Supporting our Sales Associates in boutique, you will be an Ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels identity and expertise by delivering an exceptional client experience.

 

As part of the Boutique team your role will be to:

 

  • Greet and welcome all our visitors – easing waiting time and enhancing boutique experience;
  • Contribute to the business – assisting sales associates during client presentations;
  • Support daily boutique activities – preparing workspace, supporting on product preparation and payment procedures;
  • Offer an outstanding Customer Service – performing CS activities allowed in boutique (engraving, shining…);
  • Contribute to a positive team spirit – actively participating in the day-to-day boutique life
