What do we expect from you?


As Training Manager, your main mission will be to design and implement the training strategy and action plans for training activities, nurturing a learning culture in South-East Asia, in line with the Maison's values.

You will be responsible for empowering local teams to support and grow performance, improve customer experience and communicate the values and culture of the Maison.

You will implement and maintain in the South-East Asia market the training strategy developed by Van Cleef & Arpels International & supported by APAC region, with the purpose of nurturing excellence throughout South-East Asia boutiques, while being a permanent & consistent support of its business performance.

You will also be a business partner of local teams, monitoring performance and skills, and identifying training needs.
