Are you a good match?

You have a first experience in the retail industry in marketing or merchandising.

You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.

You are able to build strong collaboration cross-department and with different stake holders.

You are fluent in English.

 

What are we expecting from you?

As Marketing Assistant SEA, you will support the High Jewelry & Timepieces Product Managers to develop the category in the 4 SEA markets. You will support the business operations, analyze product performances, business trends and will contribute to local action plans (trainings, 360 activation) in close collaboration with Retail, Boutiques and APA Regional teams. You will provide feedback to local and regional counterparts to drive further growth.

 

Your main missions will be:

 

Coordinate HJ & Timpepieces Product Operations

  • Support Marketing team to coordinate High Jewelry and Timepieces product operations with Boutiques, Logistic and Regional teams (stock transfers among SEA Boutiques, new stock allocation, import/export with other markets/HQ…)
  • Be the key contact for stock availability requests and follow-up after client presentations
  • HJ/GIA certificate management: ensure timely delivery from HQ to markets

 

Support Events & Boutique animation

  • Assist the Marketing team in preparation of events/boutiques animations
  • Participate in the creation of product related content/tools (ebooklet, training decks)
  • Be the referent for client presentations tools (gloves, trays, mirrors…)

 

Contribute to Timepieces Product Strategy

  • Support Timepieces Product Manager for novelties launch and daily activities
  • Convey product knowledge and sales tools for new/existing collections
  • Ad-hoc analysis on product performances and business trends
