What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will support and implement the event plan for Van Cleef & Arpels in South-East Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam). You will be responsible for ensuring the Maison guidelines are maintained in the market and ensuring smooth execution with qualitative delivery. You will be responsible for proposing and implementing comprehensive action plans, to transmit the Maison’s messages to clients and media, through compelling events.
Your main missions will be to:
- Event and project management
- Agency and supplier management
- Reporting and action plans monitoring
- Budget planning and tracking
