The Deputy CRM & Clients Director coordinates and manages the implementation of the Maison CRM and the 360 client approach taking into account the market specifics (fast evolving environment, highly competitive, fast digitalization). (S)he participates in defining the Clients & CRM strategy locally.

Adapt, implement and monitor the Maison client strategy across all channels (both online & offline)

  • Contribute, operate and implement Maison Client strategy on all e-commerce platforms and through Customer Services
  • Contribute to increasing the Maison digital approach / digitalization in clients’ experience and service in China
  • Implement on-line and off-line tools for a harmonious client experience across channels
  • Drive sales performance through client’s recruitment and loyalty
  • Ensure the highest level of client experience on all local touchpoints in line with guidelines & tools
  • Support the creation of synergies within the Regional community and accompany the overall direction taken on Chinese clients’ strategy together with Region CRM teams

Project Management

  • Implement CRM projects including salesforce deployment, Clienteling tools and Marketing automation
  • Advise Region/HQ on how to adapt the tools to fit China markets & expectations, in particular in its digital and omnichannel ecosystem
  • Make sure we adapt our tools as accurately as possible and consistent both online & offline
  • Nourish the client’s vision

Build the team and bring in the appropriate expertise to implement Maison Client Strategy

Leads and manages multi-disciplinary teams
