REPORTING TO            HR Manager (HRBP of VCA)
This position is responsible for supporting overall HR planning and operation of the respective brand including but not limited to recruitment, policies and procedures management, HRIS data management, HR projects, and personnel cost budgeting.



Key responsibility 1 – Recruitment

    Handling overall recruitment process such as resume screening and interview arrangement and remuneration offer communication with candidates 
    Communication among hiring managers, recruiting vendor and candidates
    Hiring related documentation collecting and filing such as Candidate Summary, Salary proposal, Hiring Request, Referral Program and pre-employment screening 
    Follow-up post-hiring process & administration such as preparing Employee Agreement, and Personnel Announcement

Key responsibility 2 – HRIS Management & On/Off-boarding Process Management

    Check and file all employment document in accordance with policies
    Process and verify pre-employment screening through service provider 
    Collect termination letter and input exit interview results in the system
    Update on/off-boarding schedules and personnel or organizational changes in SAP(or the other online tools) daily, monthly, and yearly
    Update and maintain organization charts in line with personnel changes
    Register new vender account and create purchase order request in SAP
    Answer questions regarding leave request and check staff purchase in HRSM
    Monitor and Maintain supporting document for Annual leave/Special leave/Maternity leave/Childcare leave/Compensation leave
    Monthly & Quarterly HR Turnover data update based on HRBP's validation & request


 Key responsibility 3 –HR Projects & Ad-hoc Operations
    Maintain Policies and Procedures to be updated in line with Group guideline and local regulation under supervision of HR director and manager
    Communication with employees regarding HR policy and procedures 
    Support HR projects in line with yearly HR plan under supervision of HR manager
    Co-work with the other functional department (IT, FIN, Security, and Etc)

-    Bachelor’s degree
-    Experience in HR Field or Luxury industry would be a plus.
-    English fluency preferred.
-    SAP experience preferred
-    MS Office skills are required
