MAIN PURPOSE 
The E-Business Project Manager will be supporting the development of the E-Commerce channel in Korea and Client Relations Center (CRC) activities. He/She will be leading the development projects for e-commerce and CRC with the support of the group. To be successful in this multi-functional role, this candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent follow through and able to build strong relationships across multiple teams. 
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
E-Commerce Part :
•    Collaborate with relevant teams to understand objective, define the project vision and roadmap to implement the projects and systems in Korean market 
•    Take accountability and responsible for the delivery of project implementation 
•    Ensure the stable E-Commerce functionalities on website and relevant systems in all the operational processes
•    Push local improvements to HQ (website improvements, SEO requests…), and write Business cases when needed for Maison prioritization 
•    During project phase, act as key user for website and operational testing
•    Support roll out of new omnichannel projects from HQ or local initiatives 
•    Partner with teams (IT, group/HQ e-commerce, Communication, MKT) in order to collaborate on actions contributing to e-business development 
•    Be the key contact with APAC Region and also functionally reporting to HQ ECommerce teams  
 

Client Relations Centre Part :    
•    New system and projects implementation to enhance the performance of CRC as a main point of contact of the project leader for Client Relations Centre team
•    Implementation of new client contact channel and continuous development of each channel to upgrade the system or adapt new functions (Live Chat, Kakaotalk etc.)    
•    Prepare and keep up-to-date the guideline of new system and functions for CRC ambassadors 


  
PROFILE
•    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in e-Commerce /e-Commerce Project Management/ Client Relations Centre (Experience in Salesforce and SAP a plus) 
•    Excellent communication skills in English
•    Strong understanding of online and offline customer journey 
•    Demonstrate project management skills and delivery projects on time 
•    Ability to drive and lead projects, multitask and priorities
•    Fast-learner, rigorous, organized, dynamic, proactive and team player
•    Strong organisational, coordination skills and attention to detail 
•    Must possess the ability to work in a dynamic, service oriented, matrix corporate environment
•    Must engender a positive “can do” attitude in others (be a lateral leader)
•    Knowledgeable of E-Commerce trends, competitive landscape and digital client experience
 

Permanent position

Office based in Seoul, willing to travel occasionally.
