Are you a good match?

You have extensive experience in Store Planning in luxury business from Capex Forecast to project delivery.

You keep top management/Regional counterpart informed in a timely manner.

You have a bachelor’s degree (Architecture/Interior Design related major is preferred).

You have great written & verbal communications in English

What are we expecting from you?

Forecast & Manage Budget - Capex, S&D, A&P: You will have close communication with regional SP for Network plan & Capex estimate. You will forecast budget (S&D/ A&P) referring to yearly plan and PY spending and monthly follow up budget vs. actual landing and inform all stakeholders.
BTQ & Office opening and renovation/relocation: You will open/renovate/relocate BTQ from end to end - ensure all aspects are well coordinated and executed in terms of Maison’s aesthetic guidelines, procurement policies, and security measures within given timeline. You will manage teams of consultants and contractors - keep them informed Maison’s expectation. You will also manage specific projects such as temporary boutiques and office projects.
Ensure local VM strategy: You will collaborate closely with regional VM team and manage BTQ special façade, Seoul Maison activation, Pop-Up support. You will ensure BTQ VM by overseeing local visual merchandisers with the Region.
