Are you a good match?

You are a university graduate.

You have relevant experience in luxury retail or equivalent.

You are proficient in MS office software and other retail program incl. SAP.

You are a team player with service mindset.

You have good English communication skill.

What are we expecting from you?

Retail Operations & Projects Support: You will actively support to roll-out all Retail Operation/Projects (T&C, Automated Traffic Count, RFID, SAP, etc), monitor all projects implemented and make sure the update or maintain the new process/guideline of projects shared with BTQ & Maison. You will share feedback and suggestion of modification based on the local needs and situation and build new operational process if needed.
Boutique Operation & Support: You will ensure compliance with policies across all BTQ, update and inform BTQ about required operation information. You will support BTQ for daily operational and system related issues, provide comprehensive BTQ support for overall retail operation and manage PLV inventory and orders.
Customer Service: You will assist with the BTQ’s after-sales operations, ensuring all procedures are followed consistently and provide support to BTQ for daily customer service inquires. You will liaise with Richemont CS and VCA regional CS team for assistance in resolving any issues and have regular meeting to share best practices, local status and so on. You will also support the adaption of CS project and tools in the BTQ.
