Are you a good match?

 

You have extensive experience in CRM/Marketing/Retail experience in luxury retail or hospitality.

You demonstrate proactive and enthusiastic approach with clients and colleagues.

You have adaptable and flexible mindset with the ability to embrace change.

You have proven ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

You have excellent communication skills in Korean and English.

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

  • Strategic client experience planning and execution: You will develop a strategic yearly client experience plan (International/Region/Local event, In-BTQ activation, gifting etc.) with clear objectives and strategical target setting and tailored experiences. You will plan and manage yearly budget management on client experience. You will monitor and analyze the quantitative and qualitative result after each client experiences to report.
  • Client experience enhancement: You will make sure to design and implement client treatments and services for ‘Seoul Maison’ and BTQ’s daily client experience and provide support in developing In-BTQ & Seoul Maison programs, handle logistics and operations, and execute on-site management with team and agencies. You will collaborate closely with event, HJ development, marketing, training, and BTQ teams to ensure seamless execution and elevation of client ‘s experience to enhance client’s loyalty.
  • High Jewelry/High-end client development and engagement: You will plan 1:1 tailor made HJ event client journey with client centric approach and manage on-site operation. You will identify and leverage strategic partnerships and third-party engagements to expand the reach of HJ client recruitment efforts.
