This position is responsible for orchestrating our media and digital strategy and managing media campaigns to build our Maison’s awareness and preference in Korea


Task 1 – Media Planning & Implementation

      - Strategize and manage of omni-channel media strategies to build awareness and drive sales (offline and online)
      - Supervise the planned media execution and follow-up of KPIs and ROIs
      - Analyse results of media efforts and develop measures of success.
      - Co-work with media agency in 360 degree of planning and execution
      - Monitor competitor’s ATL investment, strategies and activities
      - Be the main contact point to prepare local specific requests & proposal for APA regional & HQ validation


Task 2 – Contents Management

      - Manage social media channel account (e.g Kakao Talk & Facebook KR) and align with the global & local campaigns
      - Develop, analyse and deliver monthly social media campaign ad-hoc reports based on selected KPIs
      - Keep track & advice relevant and emerging digital trend to the relevant stakeholders (e.g. Regional, HQ team)
      - Demonstrate expertise in SEM, SEO performance and optimisation mainly in local social channels
      - Monitor competitor’s marketing activities and provide insights & learnings


Task 3 -  Budget Control

  - Optimize budget across channels (paid, owned media) , monitor the spending and forecasting exercises
  - Plan and follow-up annual, quarterly and monthly media budget report as well as A&P


Task 4-  People Management

 - Ensure effective collaboration with local and APA regional teams
 - Mentor team members, ensuring their development as well-rounded, multi-skilled professional

To know

Min 10 year of professional experience in media planning and execution (media agency experience is a plus) 
Proven success record in media buying an/or social media management
Excellent understanding of local social channels (Naver, KakaoTalk etc)
Expertise in content creation and media channel management
-  Advanced level of English proficiency (verbal and written)
