What do we expect from you?

 

You will implement Richemont/Maison policies, rules, and procedures with respect to stock control and audit.

 

You will ensure stock control is fully secure and operational as per the Maison/Richemont requirements

 

You will proactively log and integrate the stock into NSI prior to releasing the products to the shop floor

 

You will ensure the archive and storage of documentation is in perfect condition at all the time

 

You will ensure daily and weekly follow up on after sales, arrivals of CCL orders and linking them with existing deposits

 

You will communicate the inventory results to the team and management

 

You will report any discrepancies and provide explanations of stock losses in an appropriate format and on daily/weekly/monthly basis to respective parties

 

You will ensure the proper storage of products and subsequently avoid the occurrence of any damages

 

You will report the occurrence of any damages to the team and management

 

You will ensure stock control is fully secure and operational as per the Maison/Richemont requirements

 

You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all the levels!
