You have at least 7 years' experience in project management, ideally in Luxury or Hospitality environment
You have had a successful Experience in Retail
You are client centric, fluent in English
You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
What are our expectations?
Acting as a business partner of the Retail Performance team, you will be responsible for the development of Retail expertise programs / contents designed specifically for Managers (Assistant/ Boutique Managers, Retail Managers) to guarantee the level of retail excellence in line with Maison Retail strategy and business development. You monitor the programs’ performance, challenges & enriches them in line with the Maison strategy, managers needs and business expectations.
Your main missions :
CONTENT STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
–Manage the creation of modules & the development of training programs dedicated to onboarding and upskilling boutique managers, assistant boutique managers and retail managers on Business management skills
–Identify gaps and/or opportunities to develop original contents & programs in line with business needs and team roadmap
–Centralize, support and supervise training contents developed by regions & markets to ensure content optimization, relevance and alignment
–Continuously challenge & enrich retail training programs – capitalize on existing strengths & integrate new items to address / anticipate business evolutions & clients’ new expectations
TRAINING FACILITATION / ANIMATION
–Train regional & local trainers on new programs & Support regional teams for training kick-off if needed
–Coordinate with Regions to ensure timely and effective execution / completion of programs and modules worldwide
–Act as a designated training expert for Maison’s other departments and both help disseminate the training culture in boutiques as well as the Retail mindset in the Maison
MANAGEMENT OF COMMUNITIES
–Engage and develop the International training community and provide support / guidance to develop local initiatives
–Participate in the development of retail communities (office retail management, boutique managers, deputy boutique managers, back office staff…)
MONITOR CLOSELY THE RESULTS & IMPACTS OF ALL PROGRAMS TO IUMPLEMENT RELEVANT ADJUSTMENTS
–Collaborate with the training performance team to assess training ROI – make sure to build the right KPIs for new programs
–Manage the budget allocated to your scope with her / his manager
