What are we expecting from you?
Reporting directly to the Senior Media & Digital Manager Europe-CIS, you guarantee the operational implementation of the Maison media strategy in the 12 markets of the Region.
You coordinate the media activities (online & offline) and digital organic activities of the European markets.
You coordinate the SEA strategy of the Region with the media agency.
You are responsible for transversal media topics at regional level.
You collaborate closely with the local & international communication teams for your scope.
You consolidate the media budgets for the regional markets.
As a Media & Digital Project Manager, you will cover the following responsibilities:
Media (online & offline)
- Participate in the local media strategy elaboration, follow-up on annual briefings & recommendations from local agencies, in close collaboration with the markets.
- Coordinate the validation & implementation of the media plans (Print, OOH, Display, Social Media) in collaboration with the markets.
- Directly manage the media plans of certain markets together with the agency.
- Follow-up & aggregate media campaigns results for the region and share best practices.
- Participate in the Paid Search activities for the region, together with the agency.
Content
- Coordinate the local adaptation of advertising visuals for all media assets (digital & offline) together with the markets & the Headquarter (HQ).
- Manage media plans content production for markets handled directly at regional level.
- Accompany markets in the elaboration of a local calendar for Maison key topics, in line with the Paid Media campaigns and the commercial/patrimonial activities of the markets.
- Coordinate special digital projects (booking platforms, application content for exhibitions etc.)
Transversal Media topics
- Develop data use together with the HQ as part of the regional media strategy, with the objective of improving the campaigns’ efficiency & results, as well as improving the understanding of performance by media.
- Develop the digital expertise within the various regional teams & markets, animate thematic meetings.
- Follow-up on & consolidate media budgets & content for the markets & the region.
- Participate in the media community animation across Europe, through best practices sharing sessions, tests implementation and an annual media seminar co-construction.
