You have at least 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development in an international environment, a passion for digital technology and you’re willing to contribute to the development of employee skills. You are proactive in giving recommendations while respecting values, heritage and corporate culture. You are curious, service and detail oriented. You are fluent in English. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe Captivate is is a plus.
What are our expectations?
Reporting to the International Learning & Development Director, you will participate in the creation of the company's training offer to meet our team members' skills development needs.
In this function, you will:
- Develop and implement the L&D strategy by participating in the design of training projects (events, face-to-face, digital learning, blended learning, etc.) and engaging learning paths. You will develop appropriate training materials (e-learning, booklets, videos, podcasts, etc.) and promote a culture of continuous learning within the company.
- Manage training projects (planning, resources, deliverables, communications, service providers, etc.). You will monitor and analyze KPIs to measure the impact of training actions.
- Animate the global L&D community on its projects to ensure their buy-in.
- Be in charge of some training animation/ facilitation to support regions and markets on new training. You could also participate in the development and animation of seminars for team members.
