You have a solid experience in managing strategic Marketing projects in an international environment. You have strong analytical skills. You are proactive to recommend and convince while respecting the values, heritage and corporate culture. Ambassador of your projects, you have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to bring together cross-functional teams around a project. You are curious, service and detail oriented. You demonstrate agility in project management. You are fluent in English.

What are our expectations?

Reporting to the High Jewelry Marketing Director, you will lead the operational Marketing and development of the High Jewelry business.

In this function:

You will build the 3-year business strategy. You will be in charge of sales forecasts, performance monitoring and analyzing the quality of the offer.
You will identify development opportunities and suggest action plans.
You will be responsible for the High Jewelry stock within the regions and their strategic allocation according to store typologies, while guaranteeing effective communication on stock availability, in order to achieve business targets.
You will support regional and markets needs by acting as the Marketing representative for international and regional taskforces and the High Jewelry boards, in collaboration with the Retail team.
You will develop the business related to international and regional events. You will be in charge of the operational organization of international events.
You will enhance the High Jewelry offer and services through the continuous improvement of sales support tools and supervise the 360° Heritage collection ecosystem.
As an ambassador of your department, you will convey its ambitions to the various teams: Regions, Retail, Supply Chain, Heritage collection expert buyers, Logistics and Finance.
You'll support your team in prioritizing and coordinating their missions and will oversee the development of their skills.
