High Jewelry Business Development Intern (H/F)

Start date: July 2024

Duration: 6 months – full time

Department: High Jewelry Retail Business Development team, Retail Expertise department

Do you fit the profile?

You are a business school or university student?

Known for enthusiasm, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal skills?

You have analytical skills and are proficient in the Office Suite, particularly Excel?

You are fluent in English and comfortable in an international environment?

You have a keen interest in High Jewelry and sensibility in service excellence?

What do we expect from you?

As part of the High Jewelry Retail Business Development team, you will assist the team in business development tasks and event organization.

Your main responsibilities will focus on three areas:

Event Coordination

You assist the HJ Business Development Project Manager in the preparation of HJ events and internal engagements (Team gathering, Watch Board, HJ Board)

You participate in kick-off and task force meeting with different stakeholders and departments

You coordinate logistics and suppliers during events (restaurants, hotels, services, etc.)

Business Analysis

You assist in the preparation of meeting agenda and presentations

You analyse data and KPIs to provide insights on HJ business performance

Operational support

You provide day-to-day operational supports to the team and the department

You collaborate with key stakeholders within the Maison, in particular Regional HJ teams Marketing, and Communication on relevant HJ Retail topics.

In order to facilitate your integration, we will offer you training in the history and values of the Maison within the School of Jewelry Arts.
