HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Responsible for the direct management of a network of boutiques, you are the main contact for the boutiques in your network and make the decisions that affect them. You challenge, support, and develop Managers and their teams to achieve objectives (sales, customer satisfaction, compliance, operations, etc.) in collaboration with the market's Retail functions. You are present both in the office with the office teams and in the store. You are an ambassador for the brand and its values within your area of responsibility.
Reporting to the Retail Director France & Monaco, you will be involved in the following areas:

Team management: You will manage the recruitment, development, and performance of teams, in collaboration with HR. You will anticipate human resources needs.

Business & Sales: You will analyze store performance, define and implement action plans to achieve targets, and ensure compliance.

Retail Management: You will manage boutique managers, foster collaboration between teams, and promote new initiatives.

Customer Development: You will support boutiques in developing their customer base and make arbitration decisions concerning customers.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You must have significant management experience in a boutique, ideally in the luxury goods sector or in a sector with high customer service standards.
Your rigor, autonomy and responsiveness enable you to thrive in demanding environments. You have proven leadership qualities, excellent team spirit and strong analytical skills. Your dynamism and perseverance are invaluable assets in motivating and guiding your teams towards success. You have an excellent level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. You are able to synthesize information and make effective decisions, delegate responsibilities properly, define and implement ambitious and demanding objectives, communicate constructively and provide accurate and sincere feedback, and establish and maintain lasting relationships based on trust.
