Role Overview

 

As the Senior Manager of Product Marketing for our Jewelry collections in the Americas (USA, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil), you will play a crucial role in orchestrating and executive the product strategy for our Maison, ensuring alignment with the global vision for jewelry collections.

 

You will serve as a guarantor of product expertise and global alignment, leading cross-functional efforts for product launches and range animations in collaboration with Retail, Supply Chain, and Communications departments. Leveraging sales analysis and a deep understanding of the market landscape, you will contribute significantly to setting, monitoring, and reporting on sales objectives while providing strategic input for the Americas region and offering feedback to our Paris HQ.

 

With strong leadership skills, you will inspire and develop a team of product experts, fostering a customer-centric approach to support our boutique network in their daily product-related needs. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing and is based in New York.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Cultivate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for jewelry collections that aligns with global and local business directions. Ensure strategies are tailored to local market nuances while adhering to global brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the International Marketing team to synchronize efforts across marketings, ensuring alignment with global launch calendars and animation strategies. Provide insights for local adjustments and specificities to optimize effectiveness.
  • Lead the development of a holistic product strategy adapted to local contexts in collaboration with regiona departments including Retail, Communications, CRM, and Supply Chain. Manage and plan launch calendars, activiations, and events, ensuring balanced support for each product category.
  • Lead and inspire a team of product segment experts, empowering them to contribute effectively to the business. Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster professional development and maximize team performance.
  • Actively participate in defining and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, leveraging insights from sales, market analysis, and trend forecasting.
  • Deliver insightful sales, market, and trend analysis to guide the development of effective local strategies, optimizing marketing efforts to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Retail and Supply Chain teams to establish and maintain budgets and LE projections for jewelry marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support key objectives
  • Strategically leverage unique and rare stock to maximize client engagement and sales potential
  • Ensure seamless support for daily operations and special events by providing accurate and up-to-date product information, through platforms (PICUS), Intranet resources, price lists, event booklets, and product expertise trainings to enable effective client engagement.
  • Manage the Jewelry Marketing team budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to support key initiatives and drive business results.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing and Merchandising, preferably within the luxury retail, goods or jewelry industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities to manage and inspire a team.
  • Proven success managing and seting clear objectives and goals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to orchestrate and manage all details required to produce effective product strategies.
  • Demonostrate ability to build a compelling case and convey effectively the specificities of the American audience.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrives when handling multiple projects simultaneously and is strategic and efficient in managing them.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, strategies and results to diverse audiences in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.
  • Demonstrates creative and original thinking with strong problem-solving abilities, bringing innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Ability to remain composed and operate effectively in high-pressure situations, demonstrating a keen sense of urgency to meet deadlines promptly.
  • Possess passion, knowledge and curiosity for Arts, Design and culture.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows environment, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.

Expected Salary Range: $125k - $150k/yearly.

This role is annual bonus eligible.
