WE WELCOME

Passionate and enthusiastic students curious about seeing & participating in the day-to-day operations and projects of a high-end luxury retail brand in the jewelry, timepiece, fashion, and accessories industry. 

 

YOU ARE

Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as involved in a full range of activities at Richemont and Van Cleef & Arpels.

 

You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Signature Training Logistical Support
    • Assist Regional Trainers with onsite and offsite training logistics, including ordering welcome gifts, classroom supplies, shipping coordination, and catering.
    • Provide onsite support as needed, managing timing and agenda coordination with venues.
  • Financial Support on NSPO Process
    • Work closely with the Retail Analyst and Legal Department to submit vendor invoices.
  • Training Tracking Support LMS and BLOOM (learning app) analysis and reporting.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application.
  • roficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint), and Adobe (preferred)
  • An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as empower and assist others to achieve success
  • Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to read texts written in script/cursive
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with self-motivation and a proactive approach are needed
  • Excellent organization skill with accurate attention to detail is required
  • Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
  • Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visas for summer internships
  • Must be age 18 or older to participate   
  • Must be available to participate for the entirety of internship program (June 2nd - August 8th)

Compensation: $20-25/hourly
