The Manager, Timepieces, is an experienced product expert who will grow, develop, and execute the Maison’s vision and strategy for the high-end timepieces business category in the Americas market. The timepieces category specifically focuses on Narrative Timepieces, which encompasses Poetic Complications™, Extraordinary Dials™ and Extraordinary Objects.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Timepieces, and based in our NYC office, this candidate will be mainly responsible for developing the high-end timepieces business and transmitting expertise with boutique sales teams, internal corporate partners and potentially directly to the clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist network in reaching sales objectives.
- Analyze sales trend and propose recommendations for action/animation plans – monthly reports and ad hoc in-depth studies.
- Orchestrate and ensure the success of new product launches (prepare internal tools, provide analysis for accurate forecasting, manage pre-sales, roll-out training materials, monitor sales daily/weekly, and gather qualitative insight post launch)
- Collaborate with Communications (Media, PR, VM, and Events), Retail, CRM, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain team to raise awareness around timepieces.
- Create internal communications to celebrate sales and develop timepieces business.
- Provide market trends and timepiece competition reports and analysis.
- Collaborate with Training Department to develop and roll-out product training of new hires and current boutique teams.
- Provide daily sales support to boutiques and follow-up on client presentations.
- Participate in animating ‘The Timepiece Club.’
- Work closely with supply chain on allocation strategy and stock moments
- Maintain accurate product information in product database (PICUS)
- Assist in the production, organization and support of events as needed.
- Ensure transparent communication and develop collaboration with HQ counterparts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 5-8 Years of Marketing or Merchandising experience
- Watch industry experience required.
- Strong project Management Skills
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- A retail experience is a plus.
- Proactive, flexible, innovative, and passionate individual.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Canva and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in French is a plus.

Salary Range: $90K- $110K/ Yearly
Salary will be negotiated based on skills and experience.
This role is annual bonus eligible.
