Role Overview

 

At Van Cleef & Arpels (the Maison), our Operational Excellence department protects the Maison's identity by implementing best practices in following and establishing operational compliance standards and procedures and supporting an ethical work environment with the execution of internal controls.

 

Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence and based in New York City, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the establishment of the department by assisting and supporting various projects, focusing on compliance and best practices for the Maison.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • You will manage Richemont’s internal controls testing, including coordinating, documenting, and reporting the Maison’s controls status monthly.
  • You will assist and execute Group directives of new policies/processes, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
  • You will conduct and document regular walk-throughs of processes to identify areas for improvement to streamline Maison’s key business processes.
  • You will assist in implementing new technological solutions to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • You will maintain and update Richemont or Maison policies and procedures on the internal website.
  • You will gain understanding of data structure to build and maintain complex data analytics to provide trends that lead to improvement.
  • You will perform ad hoc special projects.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ Years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Highly curious, innovative and team oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, good attention to detail, problem solver
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environment, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of BI/BW, SAC, SAP & others
  • Experience in Luxury sector is a plus.

Expected Salary Range: $90K - $110K / yearly.

 

This role is annual bonus eligible. Salary will be negotiated based on experience and skills.
