For this role, we are looking for the ideal candidate to have a bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of five years’ experience in a supply chain department, where planning experience would be a valuable addition. The candidate should demonstrate solid analytical skills and a strong aptitude for working with figures and retail math. Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, are essential. The candidate must possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude to foster positive relationships. Experience with luxury goods would be advantageous, as well as familiarity with SAP software, enhancing the capability to contribute effectively to this role.

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Planning and Allocations, you will play a pivotal role within the Supply Chain department by monitoring inventory levels and sales trends and defining the forecast and boutique target stock for specified categories for the Americas Region. Based in the New York office.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Define forecast for indirect articles, including packaging, point-of-sale materials, fragrances and straps, etc., by coordinating with relevant departments, conducting analysis, and placing orders as needed.
  • Manage lifecycle of indirect products, monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support business while reducing need for destruction.
  • Develop, monitor and provide a rolling forecast for defined product categories to ensure alignment with regional sales trends and strategic objectives.
  • Partner closely with HQ Supply Chain team to align on stock rotation, forecast and global initiatives.
  • Allocate indirect stock across all sales channels (retail, wholesale, e-commerce).
  • Analyze business trends, sales and stock to identify risks and opportunities and help determine action plans in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Help prepare bi-monthly meeting to update local Executive Committee.
  • Co-lead and manage Supply Chain and Operations projects.

Expected Salary Range- $90k - $105k/ yearly

 

This role is annual bonus eligible.
