What are our expectations?

A High Jewelry and Bridal Merchandising Intern at Van Cleef & Arpels assists the Product Manager in merchandising operations for Van Cleef & Arpels’ High Jewelry, Bridal and Heritage collections.  They support Bridal sales by managing the stone certificate inventory and client delivery, review and coordinate workflow.  The role is responsible for upkeeping our internal image bank – enriching the tool with qualitative content such as product information, creation pictures, key selling points and manipulation videos.


The role also assists in creating content for internal newsletters and maximizing sales opportunities by helping prepare tailored digital presentation for client presentations and events.  The role will participate in special projects and events as needed. 


Qualifications for this role include: specialization in marketing or a related business area, a degree is preferred.  GIA/Fine Stones knowledge is a plus, as is fluency in French.  The role requires previous experience in luxury products, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for Fine Jewelry, Timepieces and Art.  The position must be driven by a fast-paced environment, has attention to detail, effective time management skills, strong analytical skills, high levels of problem-solving skill and strong computer skills (SAP knowledge is a plus).  At this time, we are not sponsoring work visas.  Applicants must have valid work authorization for employment is the USA.
