For this role, we are looking for the ideal candidate to have a bachelor’s degree, with a master’s degree preferred, and 15+ years of experience in talent management and organizational succession planning, including at least 5 years as a Human Resources Business Partner in a retail environment. The candidate should be a polished communicator and an excellent collaborator with Executive Leadership, having strong project management, vendor, and contractor management skills. A proven ability to think strategically while implementing practical solutions and managing all the details in between is essential. Additionally, strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making will be crucial for success in this position.

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

Reporting to the AVP of HR for Van Cleef & Arpels of the Americas region, you will play a key role in the talent management and career development of our valued employees. This role is member of the Americas regional HR team, working hand in hand with the Human Resources Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition Director. You will be responsible for leading the talent management activities across the Americas region which include establishing a talent pipeline, identifying talent mobility and exchanges in the region and contributes to the organization design and evolution of the region.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

 

Organization and Talent

 

  • Contributes to the overall International Talent Management strategy and team objectives
  • Manages career committee execution, discussions and reporting for the Americas region.
  • Implement strategies to ensure we have a streamlined and formalized process that drives continuous dialogue, meaningful and balanced performance discussions.
  • Improve leadership tools such as performance management documents, coaching, 360 reviews, and employee assessments and predictive index
  • Collaborate with internal Horizon project management in terms of resources and evolution
  • Use talent data to pilot activity (Turnover, Key People and Key position, early leavers)
  • Supports the international assessment and roll-out of Talent development programs for internal candidates
  • Ensure diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) principles and approaches are foundational to all talent management practices in partnership with the business, DEI and HR teams.
     

Talent Pipelining and Internal mobilities

 

  • Partners with HRBP’s to build talent pools for key position roles, works cross functionally with all departments to assess talent
  • Monitors and builds the talent pipelines with internal and external candidates, liaising with TA counterparts
  • Provides guidance and coaching to team members on international talent mobilities
  • Work in close collaboration with local HR, International TM, Richemont Network, International Reward for seamless candidate experience
  • Animate key communities in the region (Corporate, Retail, CRC and workshops)

 

Project Management

 

  • Lead Talent projects for the Region to respond to specific regional needs in close collaboration with International TM team and Richemont regional community
  • Monitors follow up on international talent projects

Expected Salary Range- $175K to $190K / yearly

 

This role is annual bonus eligible.
