What are our expectations?

The Coordinator, Heritage and Gemstones will play a pivotal role in streamlining the daily operations of the Heritage & Stone Department. Department members will rely upon your ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment that requires precise attention to detail while completing high volumes of requests with competing priorities. Your strong work ethic, passion for excellence, and desire to learn about jewelry and the history of the Maison will allow you to successfully contribute to this dynamic department.



  • Perform meticulous data entry to track movements of incoming jobs, jewelry and stones
  • Organize and maintain department’s electronic and hardcopy database and filing systems 
  • Provide support by assisting with the preparation, formatting, and writing of contracts, reports, presentations, and other official documentation
  • Complete administrative tasks such as invoicing, ordering supplies, client gifting, budget reconciliation, preparation and packing of product for shipping, arranging security, overseeing external photoshoots, photographing pieces.
  • Ensuring operation of equipment by coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Coordination of logistics, documentation and contracts for museum exhibition
  • Manage a variety of SAP tasks 
  • Perform research on jewelry pieces and keep department informed by monitoring industry news
  • Collaborate with team members on departmental projects as needed
  • Ad hoc projects as needed



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Museum Studies required
  • Minimum 3-4 years of proven administrative or assistant experience, required. Experience as a legal assistant or paralegal is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite, required
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to multitask, required
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong work ethic, required
  • Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, required
  • SAP experience, strongly preferred
  • Interest in jewelry, graphic design, art history preferred
  • Fluency in French is a plus
  • Photography and editing skills necessary
