Are you a good match?

We are seeking a candidate with strong project management skills who is proactive, agile, innovative, and passionate, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Merchandising, or Business Analytics. Previous experience in Retail or luxury Retail is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills, along with strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required, while experience with Power BI, Macros, and SAP, as well as proficiency in French are a plus. Must be flexible and willing to travel as needed.

 

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Product Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of the Alhambra and Perlee collections – two iconic pillars of the Maison – as well as Jewelry Special Orders. Additionally, you will support the Product Manager in executing the Maison’s vision and strategy, fostering growth and achieving key business objectives. This role will be based in New York City.

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • Collaborate with the network to achieve sales objectives for Alhambra & Perlee collections.
  • Analyze sales trends within the Jewelry collections and provide actionable recommendations and animation plans through monthly reports and in-depth studies.
  • Support Product Manager in orchestrating and ensuring the success of annual launches by preparing internal tools, developing training materials, monitoring daily and weekly sales, and gathering qualitative insights post-launch.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and competitive reports to inform and develop local strategies.
  • Assist Product Manager in monitoring and tracking status updates for custom Jewelry Special Orders.
  • Provide daily support to boutique operations that are connected to and relevant for Alhambra & Perlee collections.
  • Manage allocation and stock movements while monitoring the sales of rare materials and novelty pieces.
  • Maintain accurate product information in product database (PICUS) across all Jewelry collections.
  • Assist in the preparation, organization and support of events as required.
  • Collaborate with Communications (Media, PR, VM, Events), Retail CRM, E-Commerce and Supply Chain to ensure comprehensive collection launches.
  • Partner with the Training Department to develop and implement product training for new hires and current boutique teams.
  • Monitor social media trends relevant to the brand and collection.

Expected Salary Range- $80K-$85K/yearly

 

This role is eligible for annual bonus.
