What are we expecting from you?


The Training Manager i spart of the Germany Retail Team, as a direct report of the Retail Director, in coordination with the regional Training Manager. (S)He is responsible for defining and implementing the training strategy and action plans for training activities, nurturing a learning culture in line with the Maison's values.

This role's responsibility is to empower local teams to support and grow performance, improve customer experience and communicate the values and culture of the Maison.

(S)He will be responsible for implementing and maintaining in the Germany market the training strategy developed by Van Cleef & Arpels International & supported bu the Europe region, with the purpose of nurturing excellence throughout German boutiques, while being a permanent & consistent support of its business performance.


In order to do so, you will focus on defining a local training strategy / plan for Germany stores;

Another major role that you will have will be to be a trainer by delivering high-impact training, implementing a coaching plan for the store team, encouraging learning;

You will also be a business partner of local teams, monitoring performance and skills, and identifying training needs.
