As part of the Italy market Retail team, the you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining in the Market the Training Strategy developed by Van Cleef & Arpels International & supported by the Europe Region, with the purpose of nurturing excellence throughout the network while being a permanent and consistent support of its business performance.

Do you have experience in Learning Management paired with in-depth knowledge of coaching techniques, ideally within the luxury sector?

Are you a great communicator, able to represent our maison nationally and to share your huge passion for delivering excellent client experiences?

What do we expect from you?

You will define a local training plan for Retail boutiques in line with the regional Retail strategy and the global Training strategy, while planning and monitoring the yearly budget accordingly.

You will organize and execute high-impact, interactive and consistent in class and digital Trainings to transmit the Culture and History of the Maison within the team.

You will encourage e-Learning and monitor completion rate.

You will analyze Retail team’s performance and skills and identify training needs. Based on those, you will define, develop & implement individual coaching strategy for all Sales Associates, ensuring Training & Coaching follow ups in collaboration with Boutique Managers.

You will provide required support to the conception and/or animation of key transversal projects in coordination with related expert (such as Marketing, Retail Operations, CRM, VM, Client Care, HR).
