For this role, we are looking for the ideal candidate to have a bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail construction, operations, or facilities management, preferably in a luxury environment. The candidate must demonstrate a strong customer service focus, consistently prioritizing client needs and delivering exceptional support. Excellent organizational skills are crucial, particularly in managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues effectively and develop practical solutions.

 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for engaging diverse stakeholders within a complex, matrixed organization. The candidate should possess strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, follow through on commitments, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines is key. The candidate must also be available to work full-time hours, including holidays, evenings and weekends when needed.

 

Additional qualifications include knowledge of FEXA or other service platforms as a plus, proficiency in CAD and Adobe Acrobat, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as a requirement. This candidate should be flexible and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site projects.

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Repair and Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all Repair & Maintenance (R&M) activities across boutiques in the West California and Central regions. This role will manage the daily operations related to boutique upkeep, ensuring timely and effective maintenance to preserve Maison standards. Key responsibilities include organizing boutique refresh projects, managing minor upgrades, and supporting special rollout initiatives to enhance the client experience and boutique environment. This role will be based out of Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Coordinating R&M needs of boutiques and offices by managing relationships with vendors, as well as external and internal partners.
  • Oversee daily Repair & Maintenance operations for boutiques in the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with Store Planning and Visual Merchandising/Events teams to coordinate transversal projects and rollouts, including façade takeovers, seasonal installations, and IT/technology upgrades.
  • Ensure all work orders on the FM platform are reviewed and completed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and manage ad-hoc repair and maintenance interventions to uphold the Maison’s prestige across physical spaces.
  • Issue and track purchase orders (POs), manage invoices and payments, and update budget tools for all CAPEX and OPEX projects.
  • Partner with Store Planning and Procurement team to source appropriate vendors, execute contracts, and create buffer stocks for special elements and materials.
  • Conduct periodic market visits to assess maintenance and upkeep of boutiques, while providing local staff training on R&M protocols.
  • Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and minimize unexpected repairs at boutique locations.
  • Provide regular updates on project statuses, including budget tracking, progress reports, and any potential risk of or delays.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiate terms as needed, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Remain on-call to address emergency repair situations and provide swift solutions to minimize disruption to boutique operations. 
  • Ensure all repair and renovation work adheres to company standards, local regulations, and safety requirements, with inspections conducted during and after project completion.

Expected Salary Range- $100K to $120K / yearly

 

This role is annual bonus eligible.
