UK CRM Manager (w/m)

What do we expect from you?

The UK CRM Project Manager is responsible for creating excellent client experiences, satisfaction, and loyalty through the elaboration and deployment of the strategy, tools, and services.

He/she works in cross-functional collaboration with the UK and regional teams.

 

You will roll out loyalty programmes and CRM regional initiatives while proactively adapting them to UK market and boutique specificities:

(e-mail campaigns, local CRM actions with all boutiques, monitoring ROI, organise specific / made-to-measure VIP client treatments, budget…)

 

You will manage and maintain the UK market’s client base to optimise its usability for analysis and potential for business development, supporting UK Market sales through ad-hoc client knowledge.

 

You will roll-out all omnichannel services and client experience tools throughout the retail network, and monitor Client Satisfaction for all boutiques through client satisfaction and mystery shopping surveys.
