What do we expect from you?

The Boutique Manager is responsible for managing and developing a team of sales experts, ensuring smooth boutique operations and compliance, and facilitating excellent client experience both inside and outside the boutique, all with the objective to grow the boutique business over the long term. New Bond Street occupies a key position as the UK Flagship, allowing our clientele to experience the quintessential Maison treatment, service, and environment, in the heart of London’s luxury hub.


Team Development and Management

Sets, implements, and monitors individual and collective sales, development plans and retail KPIs

Challenges and supports team members to reach targets

Manages and liaises with HR

Manages the boutique budgets


Client Experience, Service, and Client Omni-channel Journey

Guarantees consistency across different channels to maintain seamless client journey.

Ensures a heightened client experience.

Ensures proper boutique operations and display set-up to welcome and service clients.

Works with the UK support team to roll out, monitor, and maintain new strategies and tools.


Ambassadorial Role: Advising, Clienteling, and Business Development aligned with Maison Identity

Aids sales team in developing their client portfolio with support and leadership by example.

Develops clienteling activities in collaboration with the full UK support team.

Develops boutique business introducer relationships and opportunities to grow the business.

Seeks and shares market information and business trends.
