You have strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including influencing and relationship-building across functions.
You are the person who identifies the causes and connections between important issues and situations.
You are proficient in English and Cantonese.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to HR Manager, HK & Macau, you will be responsible for:
- Support retail business leaders by providing professional human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
- Gather requirements from business on workforce planning, work closely with HR Manager and Retail Performance team to formulate a workforce plan to cope with business growth.
- Work closely with HR Manager to prepare and manage compensation cycle, headcount and staff cost plan, budgeting, HR data analysis.
- Support HR Manager to define and implement retail talent acquisition strategies, partner with Group TA team on boutique recruitment.
- Foster a collaborative working environment through employee engagement activities and communication, especially for boutique teams.
- Managing the overall Talent Management cycle in a systemic way for the boutique team, support the HR Manager to implement and facilitate the Talent Review and Succession Planning sessions, communicate strategically and effectively with all stakeholders.
