Do you have 3-5 years’ experience in a Training department or a luxury boutique environment?
Do you have excellent communication skills and is a good listener?
Are you client, results orientated and attention to details?
Are you proficient in the use of IT (Microsoft Office) & Digital tools for online trainings and conferences (Zoom / Teams)?
Are you a proactive, have asense of initiative and enjoy learning and transmitting knowledge. (Pedagogical approach)?
Do you enjoy working in a multicultural environment?
Are you fluent in English & Chinese Mandarin (verbal and written skills)(Cantonese is a plus)?

What do we expect from you?

 

The Regional Training Project Manager acts as a facilitator between various internal stakeholders and vendors, supporting projects around Client experience and Maison knowledge. 

 

SUPPORTS TRAINING DIRECTOR IN THE OPERATION EXCELLENCE OF THE  DEPARTMENT. 

  • Coordination of the training strategy.  
  • Consolidate APA master training calendar by liaising with each market Training Manager.
  • Ensure Training Sessions are recorded in Learning Management System (quarterly) and issue reports.
  • Consolidate and control the APA training budget at regional and local level to support Training Director to challenge cost /ROI benefits thru a quarterly review. 
  • Coordinate new HQ program release along with TTT session organization for key stakeholders.
  • Contact and sourcing of vendors and suppliers. 
  • Supervise timely translation and availability of the materials for each region.
  • Liaise and book simultaneous interpreters for training (online and offline).
  • Budget follow up and vendor creation.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for the regional meetings (regional updates, training KPIS, budget reviews).
  • Plan the monthly reviews with each market in Director’s calendar.
  • Consolidate markets feedback and relay exchange of best practices on the APA Training community.


ANIMATES SEVERAL COMMUNITIES.   

  • Support organization of seminars for High Jewelry, Timepieces, Boutique Managers. It includes the selection of attendees, invitation, location, format, choice of vendors to animate the event.
  • Work closely with the APA HJ Manager and Marketing teams to deploy training in markets by contacting adequate vendors, interpreters for the yearly HJ board and other HJ related activities. (Heritage masterclass) 


DEPLOYS MAISON KNOWLEDGE,  ACTS AS REGIONAL AMBASSADOR FOR L’ECOLE

  • Liaise with HQ Maison & Creation department to ensure Bloom Digital programs are deployed, monitor a 90 % completion. 
  • Animate Bloom digital platform with content pertinent for APA learners (newsletters).
  • Maximize L’Ecole classes exposure and attendance by Van Cleef & Arpels staff.


MONITORS GUEST EXPERIENCE FEEDBACK PROGRAM RESULTS  

  • Monitor the GEF tool to ensure client’s satisfaction, partnering with Regional Client Development Team to synergize training actions and reward performing teams. 
  • Plan quarterly reviews and follow up on action plans.
