Are you a good match?
You have proven experience in Store Design Planning, strong communication, collaboration, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. You are detail oriented and agile with retail space maximization, experienced in CAD software & Photoshop and proficient in using MS Office. You master English and Cantonese, and Mandarin would be a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Head of Regional Store Planning APAC, you will be responsible for:
Small Scale Projects Management & Regional Store Planning Team Assistance:
- Acts as a strong collaborator with external parties (local architects, contractors & vendors) to ensure the design integrity, Maison standards and specifications are met in each project throughout APA regions
- Provide support and guidance to operation team regarding layout implementation
- Liaise and coordinate with HQ suppliers, sub-contractors, both internal and external counterparts to ensure effective project time & budget control
- Be the Maison store planning ambassador as well as participating in the development of store planning standards and guidelines
- Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned
Boutique Maintenance:
- Work closely with HQ Store Design Team and establish the complete guide on maintenance strategy across APA regions
- Monitor and support local team on daily maintenance topics, the set up and the yearly maintenance contract follow-up
