Regional Store Planning Director - Asia Pacific

Are you a good match?

You have a university degree in architectural studies with solid experience with luxury retail or equivalent. You have a strong passion for High Jewelry, Art & Culture. You have excellent problem-solving skills and project management skills, able to handle multiple projects at a time. You have a good sense of luxury aesthetic and retail operation considerations. You can interface with all levels of management and stakeholders. You have a concrete understanding of construction means, methods and materials and related building code requirements. You are proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. You have excellent command of English, Chinese and/or French speaking is a plus. 

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Regional Retail Director and leading a team of 3, the role is the main point of contact between local retail teams, local vendors, contractors, local architects, and Maison Architecture & Store Planning headquarter team. The main responsibility of this role is to assure that the image of the Maison is consistently maintained throughout the network’s physical presentation, with the key missions below:

• Open new boutiques, offices and renovate boutiques in APAC – from end-to-end ensure all aspects are executed according to guidelines, government policies and project timelines are met.
• Manage CAPEX – own the budget, supervise tender documents and process.
• Animate the Store Design community across APAC – support the local team, develop and share best practices, develop, retain and elevate SDP expertise.
• Develop Regional SDP team – in terms of team spirit, technical, local market info/trend and project management expertise.
