Are you a good match?

 

You have professional Excel skills, strong collaborative, numerical and analytical skills. You are highly responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated and proactive, experienced in Retail Data Platforms (i.e. SAC, Looker, Power BI) and proficient in using MS Office. You master English, and Cantonese and Mandarin would be a plus.

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

Reporting to the APA Regional Retail Performance Senior Executive, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Prepare monthly performance reports, focusing on enhancing efficiency and design
  • Ensure accurate tracking and management of Retail KPIs for regional reporting and analysis.
  • Master data sourcing from company platforms, setting up bookmarks for regular data requirements.
  • Assist in defining data sourcing processes and report building for new platforms like Looker and SAC.
  • Maintain precise network operating information such as opening dates and commercial areas.
  • Provide analysis support to the Retail Performance Team, including ad-hoc and seasonal analysis, and insights for various departments.
  • Support presentation preparation, such as create market/boutique overview decks, and be the reporting and system expertise to the boutique and Retail office teams.
