Are you a good match?

You have professional Excel skills, strong collaborative, numerical and analytical skills. You are highly responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated and proactive, experienced in Retail Data Platforms (i.e. SAC, Looker, Power BI) and proficient in using MS Office. You master English, and Cantonese and Mandarin would be a plus.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the APA Regional Retail Performance Senior Executive, you will be responsible for:

Prepare monthly performance reports, focusing on enhancing efficiency and design
Ensure accurate tracking and management of Retail KPIs for regional reporting and analysis.
Master data sourcing from company platforms, setting up bookmarks for regular data requirements.
Assist in defining data sourcing processes and report building for new platforms like Looker and SAC.
Maintain precise network operating information such as opening dates and commercial areas.
Provide analysis support to the Retail Performance Team, including ad-hoc and seasonal analysis, and insights for various departments.
Support presentation preparation, such as create market/boutique overview decks, and be the reporting and system expertise to the boutique and Retail office teams.
