Do you have a minimum of 10 years’ experience within Retail Luxury industry?
Do you have a strong Business understanding - understand the business, as well as retail and boutique environment
Do you have excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to solve problem and offer proven and sound suggestions
Do you have a personality fit with VCA values and spirit 
Do you have a  strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be diplomatic, persuasive and motivating with others in a consistent manner
Do you have a strong teamwork and facilitation skills as well as the ability to work in a matrix structure
Do you have Project Management skills - transversal approach. Organized, capacity to coordinate, impulse & support change management.
Are you highly self-motivated, organized, efficient, strong attention to detail

Do you have strong focus on execution & rigorous implementation
Are you fluent in English. Mandarin or Cantonese a plus.



What do we expect from you?


Reporting to the Retail Director Asia Pacific, and as a key member of the regional retail team, the Regional Retail Performance & Operations Manager oversees a team of 2 senior executives (Performance, Operations). 

  • (S)he plays a key role in the launch and implementation of projects aiming at improving boutiques performance & operations in APA. (S)he is both the voice of markets in the escalation of local needs/specificities and the voice of Inter. when it comes to coordinate the roll-out in markets (accountability). 
  • (S)he supports the Retail Director and APA markets in better understanding the business, providing quantitative and qualitative insights. 
  • (S)he is responsible for analyzing network performance and supporting markets to define local action plans based on outputs. 
  • (S)he works in close collaboration with Regional Finance team on sales forecasts and Budget preparation.
  • (S)he ensures that boutique operations are efficient and in line with Maison’s guidelines. 
  • (S)he coordinates with the markets to support them in mastering boutique tools / services and applying processes / procedures. 
  • (S)he also has a key role in the identification and sharing of boutique best practices.


Performance monitoring & Retail strategy:

  • Ensure KPIs are correctly tracked at Regional and market level (Train local users on how to key & access data)
  • Understand the different KPIs and leverage Regional best practices to support KPI improvement over time
  • Thanks to retail performance analysis and collaboration with retail, marketing and supply chain functions, define retail priorities and set relevant objectives with local retail teams, propose ideas and solutions to grow the business
  • Support and follow up the deployment of retail action plans based on market needs (specific boutique actions, retail incentives)
  • Facilitate sharing of best practices within the region through organization of seminars and animate the retail community
  • Accompany HQ in the development of Retail Performance projects and to align regional initiatives with global standards
  • Build specific regional reports if needed - regional trends on traffic, special occasions, support to headcount request
  • Preparation of presentation (strategic plan, business review, retail meeting)
  • Works closely with HQ Retail Performance department


Operations projects deployment:

  • Contribute to design & tests phases of projects escalating local needs & specificities
  •  Take over Inter projects, coordinate them at regional level (midterm vision) & support markets in the adoption and implementation (ex: coach & support local team on change management and new tools)
  • Collect and share markets’ questions / feedback
  • Key member of the Omni Channel task force, provide insights, recommendation as to implement/adjust boutique operations projects
  • Plan, roll-out, and train the local retail teams on international procedures (Maison Policy)
  • Animate the retail operation community with local markets (feedback, best practices, training…)
  • Follow-up with regional stakeholders on audit reports
  • Support Gemini & DARE Projects within the region
  • Works closely with HQ Retail Operations department
