What do we expect from you?
As the Regional Quality Expert, a Hong Kong based position reporting to the Regional Client Service Manager, you will be responsible to –
Ensure the preservation of stock pieces in regional retail network (boutiques and e-commerce)
- Transmit to boutiques and e-commerce teams stock maintenance procedures to ensure stocks in the network (including e-commerce returns/exchanges, intermarket transfers, etc.) are in good, sellable condition in accordance with Maison criteria
- Share guidelines, information on new creations (specifications, manipulations, repair authorizations, etc.) to retail teams
- Work closely with merchandising and supply chain teams on handling of defective stock reports shared by boutiques.
- Suggest, standardize and implement guidelines on other stock maintenance related topics like manipulation, packaging, storage for a 360-approach in keeping stocks in sellable condition.
Ensure the preservation of stock pieces in external environments within the region (events, exhibitions & shootings)
- Work closely with related teams (e.g. PR, Marketing) to standardize the QC flow and apply stock maintenance procedures in external settings
- Provide support on quality related topics during events/exhibitions (training, QC before/after, manipulation guidelines)
Suspicious counterfeit handling/support
- Support RCS platforms and boutique workshops within the region with suspicious counterfeit cases
- Escalate and report such cases to HQ as necessary
Quality feedback for continuous improvement
- Quality referent bridging HQ and markets on quality topics
- Exchange regularly with platforms and boutiques on quality issues on creations and spare parts
- Ensure quality issues within the region are reported diligently to HQ for improvement (e.g. WISE tickets)
- Educate boutiques and platforms on Maison quality standards in case of reports on non-quality concerns
- Share quality conquests with RCS platform and ensure suggested corrective actions are respected
