Are you a good match?

You have solid experience in supporting financial or business analysis, passionate in finance digital transformation. You are highly responsible, detail-oriented, with strong analytical abilities. You master English, and Chinese is a plus.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Regional Controller. You will be responsible of supporting the preparation and analysis of sales forecasts, quarterly business reviews, and the annual budget for Asia Pacific markets. In this function you will: 

• Assist in the preparation, generation, and review of financial statements, providing detailed variance commentary, and support SAP coordination and other ad hoc projects

• Prepare quarterly forecasts and yearly budget excel templates for each APA market
• Coordinate and consolidate APA markets budget and forecast to compile APA total consolidation
• Perform analysis during budget and forecast process
• Assist in preparing budget and forecasts PowerPoint presentation
• Validate system input and co-ordinate necessary follow-up with counterparts from local markets
• Review existing reporting and budgeting processes to identify opportunities for streamlining using available tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Power Query
