You have significant training experience with track record of delivering retail development training. You are strong at communicating teachings, with the capability to coach and improve interpersonal skills in others. You are client-centric and meticulous with the ability to inspire and guide members to creatively overcome challenges. You understand the luxury client experience and service expectations while you also enjoy collaborating cross functionally to strategize, influence user adoption, manage processes and execute key initiatives.

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

In this continuous growing and dynamic landscape of Online Retail, you will be reporting to the Regional Client Relations Centre Manager and be responsible to support the short- & long-term development of our Ambassadors in the Client Relations Centre of each Market within the Region. Your scope of responsibilities covers Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, China & Korea.

    • Work with markets & HQ to identify training needs
    • Monitor and develop the service quality level of CRCs in the Region
    • Deliver comprehensive training materials and conclusive actions
    • Challenge and re-engineer best practices, facilitate development of dedicated mini training programs
    • Coordinate implementation of initiatives in the region, liaising with stakeholders; prepare materials, conduct training, monitor and report on results & feedback
    • Following implementation of new processes, support on change management activities
    • Ensure that all information is properly assimilated and utilized by Ambassadors
    • Collaborate with the CRC & Training community at Regional level for continuous growth & development of Ambassador

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager level.
