Are you a good match?

You have solid Communications experience, mainly in PR & Events in the luxury industry.

You have a passion for high jewelry, arts and culture.

You have strong organizational, multi-tasking, time-management skills and are detail-oriented.

You are the person who seeks and assesses opportunities that properly match the business strategy.

You are proficient in English and Cantonese.

 

 

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Communications Manager, HK & Macau, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Develop the yearly PR & Events strategy and strategize yearly PR KPIs as aligned with Regional and ensure deliverables within the Maion’s field of expressions;
  • Devise compelling storytelling angles for product launches / institutional messages / events etc. and garner editorial support & photo-shoot opportunities;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams incl. Media & Digital, Marketing and Retail teams to ensure a full 360 approach for seamless event integration and execution;
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners, adopting a “no compromise” attitude, while achieving cost effectiveness;
  • Take ownership in planning and monitoring of PR & Events budget;
  • Compliance of procurement and financial regulations (including vendor selection, PO creation, Good receipt, Invoices processing, proper payment on a timely basis).
