Are you a good match?

 

You have proven experience in events and PR, ideally within the luxury or arts & culture industry. You demonstrate excellent writing and editing skills and are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. You consistently show initiative, take ownership and demonstrating commitment to your responsibilities.

 

You are eager to expand your skillset, continuously learning new competencies, capabilities, and knowledge to enhance your performance. You master English and Chinese.

 

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

Reporting to the Assistant PR & Events Manager, L’ÉCOLE Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events to promote L'ÉCOLE's educational and cultural offerings, focusing on student recruitment and public engagement.

  • Assist in defining event budgets, handling quotations and invoices, and tracking expenses and ROIs.

  • Support the development and execution of communication plans to ensure excellent attendance from target audiences, including preparing promotional materials and managing RSVPs.

  • Coordinate event logistics, liaise with external vendors (caterers, photographers, etc.), and manage on-site event execution. Prepare post-event reports and evaluations to assess event effectiveness.

  • Support the creation and adaptation of L'ÉCOLE's PR assets (images, videos, etc.) in collaboration with third parties.

  • Assist in developing and delivering L'ÉCOLE's communications and marketing strategy, including marketing collateral.

  • Cultivate relationships with journalists, pitch stories to media outlets, and manage strategic partnerships, press interviews, and photo/video shoots.
