You are proficient in English and have knowledge in French or other Asian languages.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to Senior Education Manager of L’ECOLE Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for:
- Deliver savoir-faire (craftsmanship) courses and programs at L’ÉCOLE campus and off-site.
- Ensure adequate course materials in stock with regular material preparation and coordinate with Operations team.
- Perform quality checks on tools for all savoir-faire courses.
- Speaker for on-site and online Conversations on campus and abroad
- Support special events such as “Open House” and exhibition previews.
- Perform condition checks and maintain condition records on exhibits and jewelry pieces on loan for conversations.
- Manipulate exhibits during exhibition set-up and dismantling.
- Support photo / video shooting when manipulation is required, support Regional Client Service and Retail team for quality issues and inquiries.
- Coordinate communications between regional team and HQ
- Provide diagnostics on jewelry repair and perform repairs when required.
- Develop and anime trainings for CS and Retail team for the region.
- Support VCA HJ events to share expertise with colleagues and clients, provide manipulation trainings for colleagues in preparation for event.
- Support client presentation at boutiques upon request.
