What are we expecting from you?
The Head of High Jewelry Development oversees the development of high jewelry and high-end business, in terms of talent pool, clients and stock, through implementation of HJ strategy of the Maison and providing support on local market level. You will work closely with all the different departments, especially Marketing, CRM and Training, and will animate the local HJ community.
- Propose, develop and challenge actions plan in collaboration with boutique management team. Follow and measure results.
- Communicate and explain the Maison High End strategy to the team and share with the regional team the needs and specificities of the local market.
- Analyze High End client performance and HJ Sales Associate performance, in collaboration with CRM team and boutique management team.
- Follow up closely all SNR until the invoicing, and make sure Golden Rules have been respected.
- Contribute to the coordination, recruitment and the excellence of the experience of High-End clients; assist retail team during each HJ event until the ROE post-event.
- Explore third party opportunities for commercial development.
- Ensure the development of the HJ Sales Associate community, actively contribute to HJ local board including the format, content, speakers and participants eligibility etc.
- Share with regional HJ community key information to develop HJ business locally (competitor events, potential partnership with Art and culture, etc.).
