Do you match this profile? 

  • Are you a native English speaker, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin?
  • Do you have a good command of written Chinese and English 
  • Do you have experience in retail sales or customer service in the luxury /high-end goods domain, or 
  • Do you have experience in contact center/e-com related activities?
  • Are you a customer service-oriented and sales-oriented person? who are conscientious, patient, flexible, polite, exquisite, keen to learn, and a team player?
  • Are you skilled in speaking/writing expression and communication?
  • Do you have the flexibility to work in shifts, and work on weekends and public holidays if required?
  • PC literate, SAP CRM experience is a plus.

 

What do we expect from you? 

The Client Relation Centre ambassador is the single point of contact for all eCommerce customers. He/she must be considered as a brand ambassador and “e-boutique sales representatives” in a demanding customer environment.

Job responsibilities: 

  • Inbound and outbound customer contact via telephone, e-mail and other (social) media
  • Facilitate online and phone sales in order to reach set goals and objectives
  • Deliver brands information to customers, and vice versa collect valuable feedback from customers to brands
  • Accurately process all required data/information in appropriate system/tools under group data security policy 
  • Escalate the emergency system issues to team leader timely, and report findings on system improvement if any
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and report findings to the team leader
  • Support E-Commerce Management in website usability and user acceptance tests
  • Follow company policies and procedures as outlined and represent the Group in a professional image at all times
  • Collaborate with the Group’s existing Customer Service team for repairs and after-sales service requests
