Are you a good match? 

 

You have solid relevant managerial experience in training and education with knowledge in gemology or jewelry. 

You have a passion for jewelry, arts and culture. 

You have strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and presentation skills. 

You are a person who builds trusting and sustainable relationships across the value chain. 

You are proficient in English and Chinese. 

 

What are we expecting from you? 

 

Reporting to Managing Director of L’ECOLE Asia Pacific, you will be leading the Education team in L’ECOLE Asia Pacific and responsible for:  

 

  • Manage training process for all faculty members, including training in L’ÉCOLE HQ. 

  • Ensure teaching quality and consistency in knowledge transmitted in all educational activities. 

  • Work closely with L’ECOLE HQ Pedagogy to plan and integrate new courses in L’ÉCOLE APA curriculum 

  • Plan and organize course training and monitor progress for all faculty members. 

  • Support exhibition content such as catalog proofreading, supervise audio guide recording, special course and workshop content creation.  

  • Recruit, train and supervise a team of part-time exhibition docents. 

  • Work together with VCA regional and local team to organize trainings or courses for VCA boutique population.
