What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to Operations Manager, HK & Macau, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure balanced allocation to both internal & external boutiques in line with sales target.
- Review boutique target stock and maintain relevant level based on sales trend & other parameters.
- Be the key contact point to boutiques and travel retail partners for product availability enquiries.
- Liaise with logistics & warehouse teams for timely deliveries & arrangements for daily operations and ad-hoc events.
- Collaborate with Maison and Richemont CS teams to closely follow up on stock repair cases.
